JOINING & OPENING
When will Monarchy Active open?
We’re aiming to open in December 2026, subject to building approvals and completion of works. We’ll keep members updated and announce our confirmed opening date as soon as we can.
Can I join before the facility opens?
Yes, you can secure your membership now at our current release rate, with your membership commencing when the main facility officially opens.
When will my membership payments start?
Your membership payments won’t begin until the main facility officially opens. If you see a provisional start date during signup, this will be adjusted to reflect the confirmed opening date.
What happens if the opening date changes?
We’ll keep you informed and adjust your membership commencement date accordingly. Your membership payments won’t start before the main facility officially opens.
How do I secure the current membership rate?
Complete your membership signup through our website to secure the current release rate. Memberships may be limited in current release, and pricing will increase with the next release.
MEMBERSHIPS
What is included in my membership?
Your membership includes access to our strength and cardio facilities, Performance classes, virtual reformer Pilates, Pickleball and recovery amenities. Recovery includes a traditional sauna, ice baths, warm magnesium plunge, infrared light therapy beds, massage chairs, compression boots, massage guns and a lymphatic body roller.
Monarchy Kids crèche is available as an optional paid add-on. Facilities may become available progressively as we open.
Is there a minimum membership term?
Our current membership has a minimum term of four weeks. Please review the membership terms during signup for full details.
Are there any joining or additional fees?
Our current pre-opening offer has no joining fee. Payment processing fees may apply and are shown during signup. Monarchy Kids crèche is an optional paid add-on.
Can I suspend my membership?
Yes, membership suspensions require at least one week’s notice and can be requested for between one and four weeks at a time. A $5 weekly suspension fee applies, with a maximum total suspension period of six months within 12 months. Your membership must be active and payments up to date.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships can be cancelled at any time after the initial 4 week commitment by submitting a cancellation request through the Monarchy Active member app or in the Facility during staffed hours. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment. Requests received less than 48 hours before a scheduled payment may not be processed before that payment is debited, and any applicable fees will remain payable.
Is there a minimum age to join?
Yes. Monarchy Active memberships are available to those aged 18 and over, helping us maintain the calm, focused environment we’re creating for our members.
DO you have FIFO memberships?
Instead of a FIFO membership we have a flexible suspension policy that allows you to suspend your membership while you are away. Membership suspensions require at least one week’s notice and can be requested for between one and four weeks at a time. A $5 weekly suspension fee applies, with a maximum total suspension period of six months within 12 months. Your membership must be active and payments up to date.
TRAINING & FACILITY ACCESS
Is the gym accessible 24/7?
The main gym floor will offer members 24/7 access. Classes, recovery and Monarchy Kids crèche may operate on separate schedules.
What are your staffed hours?
Staffed hours will be released upon official opening.
Are Performance classes included, and can I join them now?
Current Monarchy Performance memberships are full. Signing up for the main facility’s pre-opening membership does not provide immediate access to Performance classes. Once Monarchy Active is open you will have access to Performance classes, bookings required.
How do I book classes and sessions?
Bookings are managed through our Monarchy Active member app. We’ll provide the relevant booking instructions as your membership and services become available.
RECOVERY & AMENITIES
Which recovery facilities are included?
Our planned recovery offering includes a traditional sauna, ice baths, warm magnesium plunge, lymphatic body roller, massage chairs, compression boots and massage guns, with booking access to our infrared light therapy beds.
What are the recovery area opening hours?
Some of the recovery will have separate access hours from the 24/7 gym floor, opening hours will be released upon official opening.
Are showers, change rooms and lockers available?
Thoughtfully designed, high-end bathrooms, showers and change rooms make every visit feel considered. Each member also receives their own dedicated locker, reserved exclusively for them for the duration of their membership.
How do I book the outdoor pickleball court?
Bookings are managed through our Monarchy Active member app. We’ll provide the relevant booking instructions as your membership and services become available.
How does virtual reformer Pilates work?
Our reformer Pilates studio will offer screen-guided virtual sessions throughout the day, giving you flexibility to train around your schedule.
MONARCHY KIDS
Is crèche included in my membership?
Monarchy Kids is an optional paid membership add-on, separate from your main gym membership, $5.00 per child weekly.
What are the crèche hours, and how do I book?
Monarchy Kids bookings are managed through the member app. Parents must complete the child information questionnaire before their child attends. Opening hours will be released upon official opening.
Do I need to stay onsite while my child attends?
Yes, parents or guardians must remain onsite and be contactable throughout their child’s crèche session.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, Monarchy Kids will need to be added to your membership for a minimum of 4 weeks and can be added/removed within the member app.
